Dear Colleagues,
I faced challenges with dial-out where it cut out after few minutes. I reported the same to Secretariat BUT was not helpful. We really need a permanent solution, otherwise mentioning to the SSR2 RT that the problem is out of scope to Vendor X or it might be a problem associated with Vendor Y or Z it even complicate the matter to personally.
It does not even provide an alternative to investigate the issue!
