Hi all,

Apologies for my absence last night. The 22:00 CET call falls right at the end of my commute and thus is subject to the variance of flight delays.

Additionally I need to inform the team that I won’t be able to attend Abu Dhabi, due to the split of the meeting across the week I won’t be in a situation to take that amount of time off work as I will be starting a new role internally on October 1st.

Denise,

We can also answer any questions or concerns that the team may have but it may be better management of time if when we receive the document from Legal we brief the wider group on the logic and provide an overview of the process.

Regarding *Alain, James & Kerry:  please confirm your participation & share any materials in advance that you’d like the Team review.*, staff already circulated on my behalf the updated work items and what we needed was sign off from the plenary before plotting a way forward.

Thanks

Sincerely,

Kerry-Ann Barrett

Hi All,

Will be attending yes, final updates to the NDA will be made by ICANN legal this week, following the meeting myself and Kerry-Ann had with them on Friday as planned, and then sent to the full group for ratification and signatures.

So I don’t know if there is much to be gained with a briefing other than its coming this week. Kerry Ann do you have anything to add?

James
