I’m using the time over the break to dive into some serious editing of the SSR1 Recommendations, and have a question: 

Is this still true? 

"the DAAR system has been proposed to report on abuse trends across gTLDs and a number of abuse types (unfortunately, as of this writing, it still has not been published).”

I’m not sure if anything that’s been published on the DAAR website (https://www.icann.org/octo-ssr/daar) applies to this recommendation, given the timing.
