Per the discussion on the SSR2 meeting call today, an accurate attendance count is needed for the SSR2 face-to-face meeting in Washington D.C. on the 22-24 August 2018. 

1. Are you planning to attend the meeting in-person? 
2. If yes, have all travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, Visa- if applicable) been completed with ICANN Travel?
