05:00, 13:00 and 20:00 UTC on Thursdays. What’s your preference on call frequency? Once a week? Bi-weekly? Previously we held times on the calendar each week and cancelled if not needed. If you have preferences, please post on the list before
tomorrow.

Team members on today’s call settled on DC, Aug.22 – 24 for our next face-to-face meeting.

If you need help with visas or other travel documentation for this meeting, please email staff directly this week and copy me and Eric.

For new members – ICANN has its own protocols for arranging travel. If you haven’t received information and documentation on this, please contact staff directly.

Staff – please send members a calendar hold, schedule the conference room and supporting operations, inform ICANN Travel and let us know how quickly they can contact members to arrange flights and hotels. It would be great if we could save ICANN funds by booking
expeditiously.
