Dear review team members,

Below is a cost estimate for the ICANN SSR subteam members to travel to the proposed subgroup meeting in Los Angeles, 9-10 October. We are working to identify all the ICANN subject-matter experts who should attend, based on the list of questions and issues that the group has identified and will be finalizing shortly. When we have a final list of these items from the subgroup, we can work to confirm the availability of all appropriate SMEs. In the meantime, we have asked some staff to tentatively block their calendars, based on the draft list of questions/issues. We have also tentatively reserved meeting space in the LA office. Once we have approval for the meeting to go ahead from the review team, Constituency Travel can commence making travel arrangements for attendees.

The final date for the Review Team to provide agreement for the meeting to go ahead is Tuesday, August 22 at 23:59 UTC.
