Dear All,

Some thoughts that just come to my mind: Since we almost have a full
scheduled calendar, it would be great, if we could discuss in one of our
next online meetings how to deal with F2F-meetings.

In my opinion, the most appreciate and effectiveness way would be to
schedule them during the ICANN meetings. No matter how our internal
organizational structure will look like, we will need regular
F2F-meetings to discuss topics with stakeholders, organize workshops, etc.
