I support also maybe staff can ask about the app ... I still can’t participate with the mic through the app. We use adobe Connect for another WG and I’m able to use the app to speak ... only when I log in for the SSR team meetings it’s blocked and only
give a dial in option

As we seem to spend a lot of time dealing with adobe connect technical issues... I've recently brought up with GNSO staff about these issues and announcements during our calls. We don't have these issues on GNSO or Business Constituency calls. They
said something is not set up right, we should not be having these issues and to have you raise this up with the help desk to have it fixed. Can you please escalate our issues and give updates on status?
