Dear SSR2 Review Team,

Some proposed updates have been made to the review team’s work plan based on a discussion between staff and leadership. This discussion will happen regularly and the review team will post an updated work plan to the wiki once a month, as discussed on the 6 December plenary meeting.

Please review the attached updated work plan and raise any concerns on-list ahead of the call on Thursday 20 December. There are 20 proposed updates, highlighted in yellow with accompanying comments to indicate the change that has been made. In all cases, either the end date or completion percentage has been adjusted.

The work plan will be an agenda item on the 20 December plenary call, to ask for the team’s agreement to post the updated version to the wiki here: https://community.icann.org/x/O7jRAw
