Re: SSR2 ICANN Board Resolution 3 February 2017 (1.g): Appointment of Board Designees for New Specific Reviews: Second Security, Stability, and Resiliency of the Domain Name System Resolved.

On behalf of the SSR2 Review Team we hereby deliver its Terms of Reference to the ICANN Board. Please find the document attached to this email.

The Terms of Reference were adopted by consensus on Thursday 4 May 2017.

An outline timeline and project plan for the Review Team’s work are included in the Terms of Reference document. A detailed work plan will be delivered to the Board upon adoption by the SSR2 Review Team, and we intend to keep the Board periodically informed of the Review Team’s progress.

We invite the Board to review the Terms of Reference to ensure that they are consistent with the requirements of the ICANN Bylaws. Should you have any questions or comments we would be happy to address them.
