We’d appreciate responses directly to Yvette by COB today (no need to send to the list).  ICANN Travel asked that all reservations be completed by last week. For those who are coming and haven’t completed travel arrangements please do so today. As you know, we have a limited budget (hoping staff will tell us what that is soon) and it’s incumbent on all of us to save money where we can by making reservations expeditiously.

Per the discussion on the SSR2 meeting call today, an accurate attendance count is needed for the SSR2 face-to-face meeting in Washington D.C. on the 22-24 August 2018. 

1. Are you planning to attend the meeting in-person? 
2. If yes, have all travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, Visa- if applicable) been completed with ICANN Travel?
