Hi all,
Please find the slides attached for SSR2 Plenary 23, Tuesday 15 August, 14:00 UTC.
During the meeting, James will provide a short demonstration of Trello, (www.trello.com). Here is some background information and example of use that you may wish to review
before the demo.
Background
Trello is a project management tool which allows authorized users to manage tasks in a simple and easy to use manner. Work items are visualized to show progress and process. Work spaces, or ‘boards’, have
already been set up at the plenary level and for each of the sub-teams.
Example of Use
The IANA Transition team has populated their board with work items, so it’s a good example to review. Access the board here: SSR2 Subtopic

SSR2 Review Team Trello Boards:
Visibility/Editing
The boards are visible to anyone who has the link, but can only be edited by review team members and staff. Links to the boards can be posted to the RT wiki page. Only those who are invited to the board can
edit content. All members of the RT will receive a special link via email to be invited to join the board. You will have to set up a free Trello account to be able to contribute to the board (see instructions below).
Getting Started
To set up an account, follow the steps below. Once you have created an account (or if you have an existing account), staff will add you to the SSR2 board and boards for any sub teams that you are a member
