After reviewing the attached agenda for our Madrid F2F meeting I have a proposal.  This first day is a full day for tasks associated with the results of SSR1 and the second day is when we seem to get to developing the fundamental building blocks necessary for the review.

Given much of our work is dependent on having a fully developed a work plan, timeline, and outreach plan, it would seem to me that should be the first focus on the agenda.  The SSR1 Implementation briefing can take place after the work plan, timeline and outreach plan are developed.

My suggestion is to switch the days agenda and have the SSR1 discussions take place on Monday, day 2.
