I know that I was the person who outlined the 24h TTL on this, but I had trouble getting it opened. I have a nit I would like to have changed before we adopt: Section IV uses the word “Hypothesis” incorrectly. I believe it would be more appropriately titled, “Motivating Problem,” or “Intuition Behind Problem,” or some such wording.
