Dear Denis,

Thank you very much for sharing a draft communications and outreach plan. I am aware that this matter was deeply discussed in our last face to face meeting. However, We may further need to have a template that can help us gather inputs from various stakeholders in case we may require input. I am also aware of Kerry-Ann's suggestion on not gathering input as indicated in the attached diagram.

Scientifically, in most cases our recommendations will be drawn using various methodologies such as documentary review, focus group discussion with key informant and subject matter experts inside and outside RT, interview from various ICANN Stakeholder groups. We have been using almost all of these approaches, however, I still see the need of having a structured template to help us gather as much input as possible during our outreach session with various stakeholder groups.

Looking forward discussing further this matter.
