Based on my conversations with some SSAC members they know next to nothing about the SSR2. While I agree the SSAC letter is a priority to discuss with them it’s clear they also need an overview of our work. What do you think of doing an abbreviated overview and spend the bulk of the time on the letter?

Hi Co-chairs and SSR2 team,

We have had 2 days of our outreach and community engagement. No  real inputs to our works received, Some questions about the new developments and the letters,  some questions about the SSR1 recommendations implementation gap analysis RFP, some generic questions about the SSR review schedules and the SSR review and ICANN strategic planning…

Shouldn’t we review the method in light of the results ?
 
Can we use the 30mn discussion with SSAC to solely discuss their concerns  and possible solutions?
