Please see doodle poll; https://doodle.com/poll/9zgpmymrb5ppp5ey and select your available dates for a three-day Face to Face meeting.  A potential face-to-face meeting after Kobe will be an agenda item for discussion at the January face-to-face meeting. The location has not been determined. This poll is to help prepare in advance if the team decides then that another face-to-face meeting is likely to be needed after the Kobe meeting.
