Dear SSR2 Review Team,

I’m passing on a specific question that was asked by GNSO Council leadership:

“I understand the challenges associated with finding non-conflicted sessions in Barcelona, but 0900 on what we know as Constituency Day is far from ideal. Is there any reason why the engagement session can’t be done as a webinar after the ICANN meeting? This will likely result in a larger more engaged audience.”

We shared this information during the leadership call on Monday, and, as discussed then, are working with the meetings team to see if there is another time for the engagement session.
