Dear Review Team Members,

Please see below a note about the Review Team meeting in Abu Dhabi, and the draft agenda for Tuesday’s plenary call.

Abu Dhabi Meeting

The Review Team will meet face-to-face for two full days on Friday 27^th October and Friday 3^rd November.

ICANN60 will take place on Saturday 28^th October to Friday 3^rd November. Informal subgroup meetings may be accommodated throughout the duration of the ICANN meeting. Information regarding potential room availability will be shared at the beginning of the ICANN meeting. As these are informal sessions, please note that there will be no recordings or notes available regarding any discussions. We encourage sub-teams to take advantage of the time and meet as often is practical to prepare for the Review Team’s drafting session, to be held 22 - 24 January 2018 in Brussels. ICANN’s Constituency Travel team will be in touch shorty to coordinate travel arrangements for Abu Dhabi.
