Per Jennifer’s note -- some of us haven’t completed the attached and returned it to staff. Apparently, ICANN won’t distribute an updated team contact list without it.
I suspect I’m not the only one who missed this questionnaire, so I’ve attached it for those who need it.

Thanks you for letting me sit in on your team discussion the other night. Further to the discussions, I now have each of your email addresses
and we can go ahead and start to schedule some interviews.
The aim of the interviews is to understand:

Your experience of the RT so far (“pre-pause” if you were a member then or as a new member)
·
Your expectations of the Review process
·
Any particular wishes or requests in terms of your role and ability to contribute to the Review
·
Expectations/specific requests of me as a facilitator
