Regarding action item 80b: Provide responses to questions from SSR1 briefings (Ops + Finance)

We are working on the remaining outstanding questions with the SMEs. Some clarification is needed on the below question.

Question 2: There are many challenges in IDN WHOIS lookups. How do we get an accurate IDN WHOIS database for the Incident Handling process?

Can you please:

Clarify what is meant by "IDN WHOIS database" and by "Incident Handling process”?
Clarify the context in which this question pertains to SSR?
