Dear Review Team members,

As promised, please find below two documents that enable you as members of the SSR Review Team to have access to confidential information for the purpose of conducting your review.  These forms are related to the new Confidential Disclosure Framework included in the Bylaws that were adopted as part of the IANA Stewardship Transition. Together, these documents describe the process by which requests can be made for disclosure of confidential information to review team members that have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).   

Please note that you are not obligated to sign the NDA to continue to serve on the SSR Review Team, but if you elect not to sign the NDA, there may be instances where you will be restricted from accessing, using or discussing any confidential information provided by ICANN under the NDA.

If you have any questions about these documents, please feel free to let me know and I will arrange to have ICANN Legal participate in a Plenary session to address those questions and to go over the documents.
