Dear Board Members and SO/AC/SG/C Chairs:

On behalf of the SSR2 Review Team, we are sharing our updated work plan. After being re-started in late June of this year, the Team adopted, posted, and sent you updated Terms of Reference. This work plan reflects our Terms of Reference, as well as our Bylaws mandate and outreach plan. The Team developed and approved this work plan to guide its work, which focuses on key areas for information gathering, review, discussion, decision-making and related milestones to be achieved during the review process. As was the case for other review teams, this work plan is expected to evolve with the Team's work and will be updated, if needed, as the work progresses. Dates reflect a typical review lifecycle, but are to be adjusted based upon the Team’s agreed-upon scope and the effort required to address highest-priority objectives within available budget and time.

This work plan also fulfills Board resolution 2017.02.03.11, which requests the Team’s work plan to “ensure that the team's scope and timeline is consistent with the requirements of the ICANN Bylaws.”
