Please find attached a revised Terms of Reference document for the Review Team’s discussion and input. Per the request of the Review Team, redline changes from team members have been accepted in this version 2, unless there was disagreement or objection. Comments that require further discussion have been left in.

 

Comments in this document focus on:

·         Scope, including: 

o    DNS abuse

o    gTLD, ccTLD abuse 

o    Actual/potential future challenges and threats
