As discussed, Laurin, Naveed and I worked on the attached draft work plan, which tracks with the work outlined in our Terms of Reference. Please provide comments and suggested edits via this email list by this Friday. The chairs have
scheduled action on the work plan for Sunday and we’ll need time to update and re-circulate it.
Our expectation is that our Team will periodically update the work plan, as needed. This is the approach other review teams have taken. Here’s the CCT Review Team’s workplan (they
subsequently updated it 18 times and recently finished their work). And here’s the RDS Review Team’s workplan (they
have updated it 14 times and their work is in progress).
