Thanks you for letting me sit in on your team discussion the other night.  Further to the discussions, I now have each of your email addresses and we can go ahead and start to schedule some interviews.

The aim of the interviews is to understand:

• Your experience of the RT so far (“pre-pause” if you were a member then or as a new member)
• Your expectations of the Review process
• Any particular wishes or requests in terms of your role and ability to contribute to the Review
• Expectations/specific requests of me as a facilitator

If you could please indicate a few times that you can do, that would be great.  I apologise in advance for my timezone – I appreciate that it is not shared with many of you.  If this proves to be a major issue, I will have to rethink how I can move other obligations around to make room, so if none of the timeslots work for you, let me know as soon as possible.  (I also apologise for my unfamiliarity with Doodle Polls – hopefully I have managed not to make a mess of using it for the situation of 18 separate meetings).
