Hello team, In the interests of efficiency (and trying to keep everyone in a better mood ☺), I am proposing to cancel the scheduled team meeting for this Thursday. I have no burning need for a team gathering prior to the F2F and I am hopefully going to be talking to most of you one-to-one in the next few days anyway. There are a couple of action items which we can handle by email. If anyone has a major objection, please advise asap. I have a couple of requests for you prior to the F2F: 1. Please come with your best intention for the group – if we fail, there will be plenty of time to wonder if it is all worth it afterwards. 2. Come prepared to share something about yourself. 3. Please come prepared to speak up - it is important that anything the team decides from here on includes everyone’s inputs. 4. For the original members of the team, please refresh your memory on any issues out of the team’s history - as needed 5. For new team members, please finish any background reading - and bring a list of questions for whatever is not clear. 6. For all, please think hard about how much time you can personally commit to the Review going forward. 7. While we have to spend some time going over what happened in the past, the purpose is not to figure out whether whatever happened was fair, who is to blame or who was right all along, the purpose is to identify the lessons to be applied for the next phase.
