Some comments on the last Team call raised questions about the ability of 11 members to attend a meeting in Johannesburg in person (last doodle poll indicated 11 members could attend). While we hope the Team can meet in conjunction with the ICANN meeting and have the benefit of interacting with the ICANN community, if members’ availability has significantly changed, the co-chairs will need to explore an alternate meeting location and date, ASAP.
