Hi all, Regarding action item 126: Request ICANN Legal to be present at ICANN SSR face-to-face meeting, October 9-10 to rule on availability of documents. ICANN Legal cannot make on-the-spot decisions regarding access to individual documents, and will therefore not be present at the meeting to rule on availability of documents. The process that is followed for document requests is outlined in the revised Confidential Disclosure Framework and Non-Disclosure Agreement, circulated to the review team yesterday, 29 August. As mentioned in the email yesterday, if you elect not to sign the NDA, there may be instances where you will be restricted from accessing, using or discussing any confidential information provided by ICANN under the NDA. We are working to determine how to best manage requests in this instance and can provide more information when available. Please let us know if you have any questions. Hi Jennifer, In this case then the respective SMEs and departments must make every effort to classify and categorise in advance of our meeting all potential documents that the team may request during the face to face, this will extend to all usual materials that would be requested by an auditor under normal business circumstances which the departments should be very familiar with. Happy to provide additional details as required, -James From: ssr2-review-bounces@icann.org [mailto:ssr2-review-bounces@icann.org] On Behalf Of Jennifer Bryce Sent: 30 August 2017 16:56 To: SSR2 <ssr2-review@icann.org> Subject: [Ssr2-review] Action item 126 Hi all, Regarding action item 126: Request ICANN Legal to be present at ICANN SSR face-to-face meeting, October 9-10 to rule on availability of documents.
