Hi Russ Just one comment. The doodle allows more than one person to sign up for the same recommendation. For example the ones I volunteered for has two other persons who selected it. Not sure if staff can make the options that once selected the recommendation becomes unavailable. In our last call, it became apparent that quite a few recommendations have a number of unanswered questions at the moment, and we may have to wait for some of these answers before we can really tackle them. Please do sign up for some of the recommendations right away, so that we can continue addressing them in our coming calls, with the next being Thursday 11th.

Thanks Russ. I wanted to suggest coordination but wondered what was the methodology. Given Denise’s request during our last call that we prepare some draft responses in the table to allow more progress during the F2F Maybe the leadership can consider letting us know if we should proceed to contact each other and coordinate offline.
