Dear Russ I reviewed the text and have no objection. I would recommend for Recommendation 24 we state some nexus to some existing ICANN org operational reporting e.g the annual reports so at least there is a time factor to having it up and running and accountability as it needs tone presented in the annual report as well as placed on the website.
