Dear ASP IRT Sub-Track,

I hope you are well. I am writing to follow up on the discussion during our last ASP IRT Sub-Track call around inviting IRT members to participate in the Pro Bono Professional Service Provider Orientation Webinar.

The webinar will be for the pro bono professional service providers and mentors who have volunteered to provide support and guidance to ASP supported applicants, and will cover the following topics:

Overview and Introductions
Role Descriptions
Working with Supported Applicants
IRT Input: Perspectives on critical areas of focus to guide Supported Applicants through the gTLD application and evaluation process.
Q&A

As discussed during the last ASP-IRT meeting, it sounded like some of you might be interested in providing input on areas where you feel it may be beneficial for supported applicants to receive additional guidance and benefit from professional service provider and mentor expertise and experience. We’re currently planning for this agenda item in the last 20 minutes of the webinar, in case you’d like to only join for that portion of the call but you are welcome to join for the entirety, of course.
