I hope you are well. Please find below links to version 3 of the ASP Handbook for your review prior to our upcoming calls next week:

As mentioned previously, we have made a variety of updates to the handbook based on dependencies that have now cleared up, a restructuring of the criteria section for ease of readability, and comments provided by ASP IRT Sub-Track members on version 2 of the handbook which weren’t previously incorporated.

The redline version shows all of the edits we made including minor ones along with comments addressing those edits for transparency. However, it is a bit difficult to read so for our review of the handbook on call we will focus on the clean version and have left comments to facilitate discussion of edits and/or comments we have not yet addressed on call.

We look forward to our discussion next week. Please review the materials in advance and come prepared with your questions and/or comments to be addressed on call.
