That’s correct. While ASP at first seems to be working, RSP is still facing some growing pains:

In coordinating with Rubens on this, it has become clear that the maintenance issue is with the NSpwhich indeed is down for scheduled maintenance. 

To confirm, the ASP application system is not accessible via the NSp, but rather, via ICANN Account, per the information posted on ASP website.

We actually tried different systems, thru different connectivity providers, and on those that do not get that error message, they both (1) don’t recognize the password (2) do not honor a password change request. 

BTW, this is not at all unprecedented with ICANN Account login… the reason for keeping a flawed system that was already used many times in supply chain attacks is beyond me.

We are seeing great engagement with this announcement with 173 visits to the registration link and 36 registrations.
