Adding to Lars’ comments and the condolences offered by IRT members, we also wanted to acknowledge Rubens’ invaluable contributions to the ASP and RSP sub tracks. He was a champion for both programs and demonstrated
a deep understanding of the subject matter. His input to and advocacy for both programs left a mark, and we’re immensely grateful for his participation.

We are deeply saddened by this news. Rubens was on our most recent IRT call and, as always,
provided thoughtful and constructive input -
it feels impossible to think that he
has passed away.
The ICANN multistakeholder model relies on the dedication of its community, and Rubens has been a leading figure for many years,
in this IRT, across numerous PDPs, and through his work
on the GNSO Council and the RySG. His expertise and commitment have left a lasting mark and he will be greatly
missed.

11), Rubens Kuhl passed away.

Its not often I am at a loss for words, but all I can say is the Rubens was incredibly instrumental in the SubPro Working Group and in this IRT.
