Hello Lars, Jared,

Thanks for notifying us of the meeting change time. It is certainly a more do-able time for us in Europe.

I wanted to pre-empt the call with a few  questions.

As I said in chat on the last call,  would it be possible to provide (us) with :

  1. The  full  Draft  AGB  &
  2. Also separate PDFs for each Module 1 -7 , plus Appendix 1 ( the 225 questions ) , plus Appendix 2-12 .

  1. I note that the 225 questions are broken down into 20 Questions Sets . Could we ensure that the Question Set “headers “ are  at the top the page – with the appropriate page break(s) for each Question Set.
  2. Could we add in a new column on Page 4 & 5 Table of Contents with the Question numbers that apply to each Question Set.

  1. I assume we will use an opt in request(s) by each individual Sub Pro IRT participant.

  1. I assume the latest draft AGB is very much regarded as an internal ICANN.org document , still work in progress , therefore cannot  be shared externally by Sub Pro IRT participants before Dublin.

Under AOB.  Personally,  I think it would a useful survey to ask each attendee at Dublin ,on registration , how many applications they are expecting , so that ICANN Finance can start to provide more information on the likely volume refund fee expected for each application.

Best,

Phil

Subject: [SubPro-IRT] PLEASE READ: schedule change

Dear IRT members,

We have a call scheduled for tomorrow, 7 October at 05:00 UTC (which is still very much Monday evening for some of you). The team could do with another day or two to get the various ducks into somewhat of a row. And in addition, the GNSO Council also has its extraordinary meeting on 9 October at 13:00 UTC, during which they will discuss the IGO/INGO recommendations.

Therefore, I asked the team to cancel tomorrow’s call and move it to Thursday after the GNSO at 17:30 UTC (which is already very much Friday for some of you). During that call we will talk about the following (and any other items that come up in the meantime):

  1. Welcome and SOI
  2. Terms and Conditions
  3. Sharing of AOB draft
  4. IRT after ICANN84
  5. AOB

Apologies for the late notice – we hope you can make the call on Thursday!

Very best. Lars
