Dear IRT Members,

I wanted to share that we’ve updated the draft AGB language for the Blocked and Reserved Names section, which you can find here.

The following revisions have been made:

• Reorganized the section to more clearly separate Blocked Names (now listed first) and Reserved Names (listed below).
• Removed the overview table and incorporated the relevant information directly into each section.
• Added a new section with draft language on "Blocked Names Identification", including the associated Challenge mechanism.
• Added a new section with draft language on "Reserved Names Identification", including the associated Challenge mechanism.
• Revised the structure to more clearly show the different phases of the Reserved Names Review.
• Introduced a new section titled "Reserved Names Review Extended Evaluation", aligned with similar AGB sections.
• Standardized terminology throughout, including: Identification, Exception Process, Reserved Names Review, and Reserved Names Evaluation.
