I have a conflict for the first 45 minutes of the call tomorrow.  Accordingly, while I think that Antoinetta’s email (attached) resolved the question regarding the TMCH language raised by Kathy, to the extent that this will still be discussed, I would request that it be in the bottom part of the meeting.
