Thanks Lars.  Looking forward to discussing the assignment of rights issue which is a HUGE loophole to the no private resolution of contention sets especially if agreements are allowed for the assignment of rights during the application period (Note assignment of rights is different than the assignment of the contract) OR if we allow the immediate post delegation transfers of TLDs to third parties for agreements struck during the application period. 

Also, Can I assume that all of our comments made to date will be maintained such that we do not have to repeat them in the official public comment period?
