Thank you, Jeff.
We are deeply saddened by this news. Rubens was on our most recent IRT call and, as always,
provided thoughtful and constructive input -
it feels impossible to think that he
has passed away.
The ICANN multistakeholder model relies on the dedication of its community, and Rubens has been a leading figure for many years,
in this IRT, across numerous PDPs, and through his work
on the GNSO Council and the RySG. His expertise and commitment have left a lasting mark and he
will be greatly missed.

Subject: [SubPro-IRT] Rubens Kuhl - Not of Condolence
It pains me to have to send this to the group, but for those of you that have not heard, fellow IRT member, RySG member, colleague, friend and father (ages 3 and
11), Rubens Kuhl passed away.
This was just put out by Nic.br: https://nic.br/noticia/notas/note-of-condolence-rubens-kuhl-registro-br-product-marketing-manager/

Its not often I am at a loss for words, but all I can say is the Rubens was incredibly instrumental in the SubPro Working Group and in this IRT.
May his memory be a blessing.
Sincerely,
Jeff
