Terms and Conditions

I would like to provide a final update onTerms and Conditions before the public comment: 

• We did not make any more changes to the document prior to the public comment. 
• The current version does not permit trading or assigning of selling of applications. 
• We updated application question 109 as indicated in my previous note on this topic. The changes to this question go to address the issues that were raised about disclosure/transparency around changes or control of an applicant/application The answer to the question will be published on reveal day and, as with all material questions, applicants are required to submit a change request as soon as the answer is no longer true and valid.

Full Draft AGB

We will share with you a PDF of the collated Applicant Guidebook (AGB) no later than close of business Wednesday, 28 May, as an early heads-up. Please note that this version is being circulated for your awareness only, ahead of the upcoming public comment period. While we are not seeking further input on the language or substance at this point, if you notice any significant omissions, please do flag them. If relevant and feasible, we will aim to address such issues prior to publication.

Public Comment

We will open the public comment on the full AGB on 30 May 2025 and close on 23 July, for a total of 54 days. There will be no extension to this comment period.
