Following the ICANN Board’s resolution on IDN EPDP Phase 1 Recommendations 7.4 and 7.5, we have updated Specification 14 and removed the bracketed language included in the 2026 Registry Agreement Public Comment proceedings #1 and #2.

Attached are the proposed redlines in advance of our discussion on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 for your review.
