Hi Lars and Elisa,

Re applications assessed in rounds, i gather my suggestion to replace Condition 2 wording for starting a new round after this next one was not accepted by ICANN Org?  The draft still says (and I paraphrase) that "ICANN is organizationally prepared" to accept new applications.  Was the suggested new language rejected by Org?

I'm not sure this language is actually consistent with the Sub Pro policy requiring specific criteria to be met in order to delay a subsequent round.  I think I suggested "ICANN has not identified any significant barriers to accepting new applications" as a suggested compromise on a specific criterion.

I assume we will need to see what others in the IRT think about this.  I will also check with Susan, who is specifically copied here as well in her role as Council Co-Liaison.
