I shall miss this call because I will be flying at that time.

I don’t know how well these 0400 UTC calls are attended and I don’t know what the staff response will be to the ongoing discussion about NCAP refunds but I would appreciate it if we could ensure that this discussion takes place with a good cross section of community members present given that there did seem to a clear view from the IRT that full refunds were required.
