Please find below the redline and clean language for the  Brand TLD Eligibility Evaluation. Following today’s (12 Feb 13:00 UTC) discussion, we added a new section to this document on ‘Engagement with Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) prior to Submitting an Application for a Brand TLD’. We also addressed all other comments received as you will see in the redline.

The clean version will be published for public comment on Friday 14 February.
