We also need to know what documents will be made public, and when, wrt mitigation requirements for particular strings, proposed mitigation plans, ICANN comments on plans, and approved plans.

One area we didn’t cover in detail is the Name Collision Observatory access—ICANN folks, since this will be available sometime this spring, could we see proposed licensing agreement language? Given that there will be data applicants review and potentially store and use in mitigation plans, it would be helpful to see what limitations and rights are being considered.
