Hello SubPro IRT members,
As mentioned in our meeting on September 19, 2024, the Next Round Base RA team has been diligently working on a draft of the Next Round Base RA to review with the SubPro IRT. We’d like to provide you with an update on our progress and outline
the expected timeline for the SubPro IRT to receive a preliminary working draft of the Next Round Base RA, along with details for upcoming meetings to discuss the draft with the team.
The ICANN org team is currently working on the proposed draft language for each of the recommendations and a summary of those changes to aid in the IRT’s review. We are working toward the goal of providing a preliminary working draft to
the IRT on 01 November in advance of the two working sessions at ICANN81 on 09 November. With this in mind, we suggest canceling the 24 October and 05 November meetings.
