Hi Anne,
Thank you for reaching out. The chart I shared during last week’s call represented what the recommendations said and what
the AGB language also reflects. Based on the language in the final report, the implementation of a board-approved recommendation that has an impact on subsequent rounds will need to be implemented before that subsequent round can start. Elisa kindly updated
the slides to add the fact that not the PDP finishing but the Board approval is the key factor here (I think Susan raised that on the call, too). As a reminder, the chart is just an illustration to help inform the IRT discussion. We do not plan to include
it into the AGB.
Hope this is helpful.
Best. Lars

Subject: [Ext] Continuous Rounds Chart
Hi Lars,
I've now had a chance to review the chart presented on Tuesday in Meeting #52 and shown at page 9 of the attached slides.
Just to confirm, we are saying that this internal working document represents the way rounds will proceed (or not proceed) based on the Sub Pro Final Report Recommendations adopted by the Board.
The chart makes clear that an ongoing Review or PDP will not stop a next round. It appears that two events are expected to delay a next round:
1. Implementation of Board adopted Review Recommendations and
2. Implementation of Board adopted PDP Recommendations.
Am I reading the chart on page 9 of the attachment correctly?
Thank you,
Anne
