Dear IRT members, We are writing to inform you of an update to one of the documents posted as part of the fourth Public Comment Proceeding on draft language for the Applicant Guidebook. Specifically, due to a publishing error with the initial version, the document related to Topic 27: Financial and Operational Evaluation was missing some sections (“Introduction” and “Execution of Evaluation”).
