For Application Comment, we made updates to the paragraph relating to comments on the confidential portions of applications, based on the Application Comment Forum system features (highlighted in yellow<https://docs.google.com/document/d/19TwjO9fbp9gJzhdE___5vJZGyL0olfNtUg2Cda5u...>).
